On the afternoon of June 25, our college grandly hosted the Sino-French Garden Art and Cultural Exchange Exhibition and the inauguration ceremony of the "Sino-French Friendship Garden" flower border.

The faculty-student exchange between our college and French vocational schools dates back to 1997. In 2024, we established formal cooperative partnerships with institutions such as the Le Breuil School and the Bressuire Agricultural Vocational College, with the aim of promoting Sino-French professional exchanges in horticulture and landscape architecture through a variety of hands-on activities. The program is organized and implemented by the School of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Over the past three years, the number of French partner institutions has grown from 2 to 5, and participating faculty and students have increased from 6 to over 100. A biennial exchange mechanism has been put in place, along with a collaborative model of "mutual integration" for the Sino-French Friendship Garden – where both sides contribute equally and intertwine their efforts. This program has now become a flagship achievement of our college’s international cooperation and a key driver in enhancing our institutional influence.
