On March 16,the college was invited to attend the International Agri-Food and Biotechnology Festival & Strategic Cooperation Conference on Special Education Needs 2026. The online event was hosted by IBTE (Brunei) and co-organized by POLISAS (Malaysia). Representatives from institutions and enterprises in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei participated in the conference. Ms. Zhang Hong, Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Mr. Yang Xinjian, Deputy Dean of the School of Food and Bioengineering, along with relevant staff members, attended the meeting on behalf of the School. Previously, the School had signed a Letter of Intent on China-Malaysia Vocational Education Cooperation with POLISAS, reaching consensus on jointly conducting skills training in the food industry. This meeting served as both a continuation and deepening of that collaboration.
