On January 30, upon the recommendation of the Jing-Jin-Ji (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Cooperation and Development Alliance for Vocational Education, and at the invitation of Serpukhov College in Moscow Oblast, Russia, Ms.Zhang Hong, Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange ofBVCA, attended the International Student Academic Practice Competition“Scientific Knowledge in the Contemporary World”as an international judge. The online event brought together faculty and students from vocational institutions in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and China to engage in discussions and competitions on cutting-edge topics including digital society, artificial intelligence, digital economy, and technological innovation.

Serving as a judge for the third sub-forum titled“The Digitalization Process of Society,”Ms. Zhang Hong carefully evaluated the participants' academic presentations based on presentation quality, academic rigor, originality, and practical significance. Her participation reflected the School's professional competence and proactive engagement in the international vocational education arena.
